This outlines your contractual commitment to service the client.

  • Once enrolled, fees paid cannot be transferred between opportunities.

  • No refunds will be given if the individual is not able to complete certification or fails to certify.

Dishonesty Policy:

It is expected that the individual enrolled in a client certification course will attend as scheduled, perform their own work on all assignments and take exams with honor, integrity, and professionalism. The clients have no tolerance for cheating and unethical behavior. The decision as to whether an individual or CSP (Customer Service Provider) has engaged in cheating or other unethical behavior is at the sole discretion of the client (not CBMRSC). Any individual so engaged will be immediately dropped from the client certification course and may be grounds for permanent removal from the network and our services- registration will terminate immediately.

Dropping a Course:

If an individual voluntarily drops from a certification course, they must wait a period of four weeks (4) before re-enrolling in any other opportunity per Arise platform penalty policy.

Once registered, the opportunity green info tab located on your account will provide you with all the information you need about a client – including information about certification (cost, length, & class hours) – to decide whether a client opening is the right opportunity for you BEFORE you commit.
